The Sandbox Solutions Project Leader has primary responsibility for managing the relationship with you, and managing the projects and activities in which we are involved.  You’ll always work with the “A” team-- Mara Campolungo or Karen Dortschy*.  One of us will be your Project Leader, depending on your needs and preferences. Along with the relationship manager you designate at your organization, we’ll meet regularly to discuss specifics of the project or plan, measuring project or plan objectives and more. 

At Sandbox Solutions, we invest significant time and efforts in gaining an understanding of your organization, your markets, your goals and needs, before we recommend what and how we can assist in meeting these goals.  We’ll plan the work, lead and assign the right people and resources to ensure that the projects we work on for you are on track and running smoothly. Your Sandbox Solutions Project Leader will be the primary contact during the course of the project, and is always available 24/7.

*If you’d like our Director of Digging to also be involved, just ask.

Every project has its own unique goals, requirements and timeframe. While Sandbox Solutions can jump into your sandbox and hit the sand running, we’ll want to discuss the project with you and your key folks, at an initial assessment meeting. We’ll find out the scope of the project, its history, the strategic objectives, and how the project fits into your goals and the timeframe.

Once we understand the project’s scope, we’ll present a written estimate or proposal based on our recommendations to complete the project efficiently, effectively and on-time.  Sandbox Solutions works within your budget and time constraints, and we find we work most effectively with small to medium-sized companies and organizations.  These include consumer product and service companies, business-to-business companies and non-profit organizations, as well as public and private schools.

Our sandbox is based out of Charlotte, NC.  However, Sandbox Solutions provides our tools, expertise, resources and services to clients throughout the entire United States.  We are very technology-focused, using smart phones, video conferencing and email.  But we will also come play in your sandbox, wherever that is.  And while we definitely enjoy visiting our warm-weather-located clients in the winter months, we’ll be accessible wherever, however you need us.

Yes!  Whatever sandcastle you are building, we are there to help you.  Whether it’s sourcing a printer for a brochure you need, or planning a corporate or customer event, or facilitating your managers through a business planning session, Sandbox Solutions will plug and play as you need us.  And we’ll even bring our own buckets! 

Some of our work involved in consulting or planning projects is confidential in nature. This includes both the overall details of the project as well as information we collect from clients and others.  We are happy to provide you with numerous client references, but only when we have the client's permission. 

Yes!  However you prefer to work with us…we’ll come to your sandbox with buckets in hand, or we have a comfortably appointed conference room available in Huntersville, NC, about 20 minutes from downtown Charlotte.  Email, Skype, fax…we’ll tailor our service to you in any way that is most efficient and comfortable. Telephone consulting is readily available and managed via email and weekly action plans. Should the need arise for more hands-on assistance, we can readily change the arrangement.

  Trade show and special event management and coordination – We ask the smart questions from the beginning to make sure you are getting the most out of your trade show experience. Then we’ll work to get everything you need there on time. And we can do training, show follow-up and more.  And our special event planning and coordination services help you be in the spotlight with accolades, with us behind the scenes, making it happen smoothly, efficiently and within budget.  That’s smart business.
